MONOBLOQUE ROTATIVE DE CAPSULAGE ET ETIQUETAGE

Monobloc de capsulage et étiquetage avec double tourelle rotative.
Monobloc intégré complet de vis de sélection, distributeur de capsule (pour capsules en PVC, métal, polylamide, aluminium, étain et complexe) et système de fermeture de capsules (tête de sertissage ou thermique) et post d’étiquetage (model M25).

Produits: bouteilles de forme cylindrique, conique, carrée et rectangulaire.

Equipements standard: protections intégrales, dispositif d'arrêt bouteille, croixes de malta ou came lubrifiée, variateur mécanique ou variateur de fréquence électronique, système syncro/encodeur, écran de control de post d’étiquetage.

Options: PLC automate, écran tactile, came électronique, écran de control avec mémoire des étiquettes, enroulement papier et déroulement étiquettes motorisé, avertisseur sonore de fin de bobine, marquage thermique, jet d’encrée, post d’étiquetage spécial en double adhésive pour BANDE FISCAL.

Machine spéciale avec postes d'étiquetage en colle froide avec magasin fixe MF.

Monoblocco di capslatura ed etichettautra con doppia torretta rotativa, che unisce la distribuzione e
la chiusura delle capsule con l'etichettaggio dei contenitori.

Distribuzione delle capsule in coclea al passaggio del contenitore, torretta di rotativa di chiusura capsule, con teste intercambiabili e stella di trasferimento contenitore su giostra di etichettaggio.

Versioni speciali: con stazione bi-adesiva per DOCG, con stazioni a colla fredda e stella piega-sigillo fiscale.
