MONOBLOQUE ROTATIVO DE CAPSULADO Y ETIQUETADO

Monobloque de capsulado y étiquetado con doble torreta rotativa.
Maquina monobloque integrado con vis sin fín, distribuidor de capsula (con capsulas PVC, metal, polilaminado, aluminio, estaño, complex) y sistema de cierre capsula (con cabezales de rulinas u térmicos) y cabezales de etiquetado adhesivo (model M25).

Productos: botellas de forma cilindrica, cónica, cuadrada, rectangular.

Equipamiento estandard: protecciones integrales, dispositivo sujeccion botellas, cruzes de malta u excéntrica lubricada, variador mecanico u inverter, sistema syncro/encoder, pantallita de control para cabezal.

Opciones: control por PLC, pantalla interactiva, excéntrica electronica, pantallita de control con memoria de etiquetas, bobina de papel y bobina de etiquetas motorizadas, aviso de fin bobina, codificador termico, ink jet, cabezal de etiquetado especial en doble sistema adhesivo para PRECINTO FISCAL.

Maquina modelo especial equipado de estaciones de cola fria con almacén fijo MF.

Monoblocco di capslatura ed etichettautra con doppia torretta rotativa, che unisce la distribuzione e
la chiusura delle capsule con l'etichettaggio dei contenitori.

Distribuzione delle capsule in coclea al passaggio del contenitore, torretta di rotativa di chiusura capsule, con teste intercambiabili e stella di trasferimento contenitore su giostra di etichettaggio.

Versioni speciali: con stazione bi-adesiva per DOCG, con stazioni a colla fredda e stella piega-sigillo fiscale.
