Do you produce rotary labelling machine with artificial vision?
Yes, the model is DGVision, in version 1.0 and 2.0.
It allows the orientation of the containers by means of artificial vision, offering advantages as to centring precision and productivity.
It enables performing a “quality control” in the machine by checking the presence and the correct position on the containers.| top
What you mean with “artificial vision”?
The artificial vision substitutes the old mechanical orientation systems.
It consists of 4 main moments: taking the container, researching and capturing the discriminating element, data processing, and orientation of the container.| top
Which levels of precision do your labelling machines allow?
Like all automatic machines also our labelling machines are subject to tolerances as to the precision of application.
In the field of the labelling we always work on imprecise containers.
The average tolerances of a glass container range from +/-0,5 mm to +/-1,75mm according to the manufacturing. The error tolerance can even be increased in the case of plastic containers.
The precision of an automatic labelling machine can never be checked simply observing the labelled product, yet error tolerance must be considered in the whole as a result of various inaccuracies.
The tolerance margins vary and are in directly proportional to the speed of application. Our tolerances are perfectly in line with those of the most important manufacturers of labelling machines in the world.| top
